Description
As Golden Frills Mustard leaves grow, the root bulb begins to swell into a turnip-like vegetable. The root is pale green to beige in color with white flesh that has flavors reminiscent of mustard and horseradish.

Store the roots in the crisper drawer of your fridge for up to a week.
Culinary tips
- Treat it like you would a root veggie: braised, roasted, baked, sauteed, steamed, or stir-fried.
- Grate it and serve it alongside sushi in place of wasabi.
- The root can be pickled alone or with other veggies like carrots and beets.
