While you're there, stop by the Grab-n- Go cooler to pick up our first harvest of baby carrots and stock up on your weekly veg!

Still planning your holiday meal? The Grab-and-Go Still planning your holiday meal? The Grab-and-Go coolers are fully stocked and ready for you! As a reminder, the coolers are self-serve and are open to you all day, every day. You can pick exactly what you need then pay on the iPad located on the left side of the coolers. There will not be an in-person Farm Stand on Saturday due to the holiday but the coolers will be open. We wish you and your family a very happy holiday!
We harvested the first Tokyo Bekana in the high tu We harvested the first Tokyo Bekana in the high tunnel this week! 
Tokyo Bekana is a Chinese cabbage variety that does not produce a head. The leaves are buttery soft and have a mildly sweet cabbage flavor. Due to its soft texture, Tokyo Bekana leaves can be used as a salad green. Try combining it with some of our lettuce! 
If you’d like to enjoy it cooked, it can be substituted into any recipes calling for Napa cabbage or Bok Choy.
Have you had a chance to try any of our Swiss char Have you had a chance to try any of our Swiss chard yet? We’re growing a mix of different varieties which means each bunch has a rainbow of different colored stems! 
This leafy green is a great sub for spinach as the leaves have a similar flavor and are in the same family. Both the tender leaves and crunchy stems can be used in recipes.
