Description
Flowering Brassicas are members of the Brassica family with green leaves, yellow flowers, and either green or purple stems. The flowers, stems, and leaves are all edible and they are harvested right as they flower. Flowering Brassicas are popular in Chinese cuisine and include varieties like Kailaan, Yu Choy Sum, Kosaitai, and Hon Tsai Tai.
Storage tips
Remove twist ties before placing the Flowering Brassicas in a plastic bag and storing it in the crisper drawer of your fridge. It will keep for up to 5 days.
